No sustained runs were induced, but the extrasystoles matched those recorded on the earlier 12-lead. Mapping: A single, early site was consistently observed near the superior lateral right-atrial wall, near the mapped location of the sinus node. <*dv_2*>Ablation: Four RF lesions were on and near the early activation site. The EnGuide locator signal was used to position the ablation catheter at the target site, avoiding the SA node. After the ablation, no spontaneous or induced atrial extrasystoles were observed. Case outcome: The patient has been arrhythmia-free since the EnSite 3000® procedure. | |  | |  | |
